Rainbow Cupcakes
Hanna and Katheryn wanted to make some special cupcakes for their friend's birthday. So they made rainbow cupcakes, with rainbow frosting. They had to dye the batter the six different colors and the frosting as well. I think they had a good time!

Ward Campout -- Zanya turns 3
So we did celebrate Easter, and go to Prom (Chandler).
We went on a ward family campout over Zanya's birthday. She is three now and she loved having her birthday on the campout.

The campout was so much fun. We went exploring, had a dutch oven dinner and roasted marshmallows for smores. That night around the campfire, our ward had a marshmallow stuffing contest. Hanna was a contestant and did pretty well. Here we are having a family contest but only Jannalee, Hanna and Danica would compete. Hanna was the Evans grand winner. It's harder than it looks, try it!
Our campground was near Payson and it was quite chilly. We were happy for our tent trailer which sleeps 9 people (all of us) and which also has a heater. The battery even managed to keep the heater working through the night and then died in the morning.
On Saturday, we had a delicious breakfast, tug-of war, three-legged races and egg toss. The kids had a lot of fun. Chandler's friend had his arm in a sling so they decided to both toss the egg one handed. They did amazingly well hurling that egg back and forth. Hanna and Danica were the easy winners at the three-legged race. They seemed to move as one person and were evenly matched. Thanks to our ward activities committee for a great time!

Man Labor
Chandler has some mad computer skills. He had an assignment for Pi day and made a movie out of leggos. He had so much fun with that project that he made this movie too.
By the way, Chandler is willing to hire out his computer skills as well as his "well honed muscles" (his words, not mine). He is a good day laborer and he is cute too!
Chandler is available every day after school.
Call or email if you have any questions.

Andria is Eight
For Andria's birthday last month, she wanted to go to Build-A-Bear. So we went together and chose a new friend. Andria has a great imagination and she had so much fun dressing her new bunny, Ally.
Then for dessert we had brownies and home made ice cream, Yum!
March 28, 2009 was Andria's baptism day. Her cousin Mitchell was baptized in our stake at the same time so we had a lot of family come to the baptism that day.
Andria was baptized in the dress that her Grandma Proffitt made for me when I was baptized. I love that we can share this link together. I also love that the dress is still beautiful and will last for generations to come. Isn't it so cute?
I had high hopes of obtaining a new family picture, but alas, this was the best we could do.
Grandma Evans came for the week to celebrate with us. She is so fun to have stay with us and she is willing to read books to the girls for hours.
Andria is an excellent tumbler and seldom sits still. She loves to do round-off-back-hand-springs where ever we are. She also loves to read and still enjoys pictures books along with longer chapter books. Her teachers love her because she is always on task and eager to do whatever is asked. Andria has a great imagination and enjoys playing with ponies, pollys or animals of any kind. She also likes all kinds of real animals, even bugs. We love you Andria and are so proud of you!
