EFY!

I (Hanna) recently had the opportunity to attend an EFY program in flagstaff a few weeks ago, and i had so much fun! I think I pretty much had the funnest company ever! Oh, a company typically consists of 10 girls, 10 boys and a girl and guy counselor to keep us all in line :) Everyone was so nice and we had such a great time hanging out with each other.

Well, that's about it. I had so much fun at EFY and I'm super glad i was able to go. Thanks Mom and Dad for letting me abandon everyone for a whole week :)

Las Vegas Family

This month we made a trip to Las Vegas to visit Dan's family. He has his mom, two sisters (Marianne and Carolyn) and one brother, John, who all live there. His brother, Ron, from Utah also came to visit while we were there. Dan got to play golf two days in a row with his favorite brothers. We also had lots of fun playing at John's house with all his cute kids.

High Adventure

Our ward's young men went to Sprucedale Ranch for their high adventure trip this year. Chandler rode horses, went swimming, camped, chopped wood, played horseshoes, and even went to a dance. I love our ward and our young men leaders are awesome, Chandler had a great time.

Locks of Love

Well, it's time again. Hanna, Danica, Maranda and Andria have all donated 10 inches of hair to Locks of Love (a company that makes wigs for children who have lost all their hair due to medical reasons). Andria had grown 10 inches and was ready to cut it off and donate it again. I think it has only been a couple of years, that is some fast growing hair! We like the short hair on Andria, it suits her bouncy, bubbly personality.

Ballerinas

Hanna and Samantha take ballet from the same teacher so a few weeks ago, they had a recital. It was the same week as girls camp so we drove to girls camp and picked up Hanna so she could be in the recital then she went back that evening with some friends of ours.

Samantha's song was Heigh Ho from Snow White. It was so cute and Sam had so much fun.

(My camera can't seem to take a picture that isn't dark or fuzzy. Are there any tips for taking pictures of people on stage? Besides buying a better camera, that is)
