Strawberry Jam
I went to the fruit store while MamaGinger was watching my girls and strawberries were on sale there 2lbs for one dollar! So I bought 15lbs and came home to make some freezer jam. MamaG helped me and I ran out of pectin after 10lbs of strawberries but we made quite a lot of jam. Yum!
These are all the jars in the house. After we eat the jam from the pint and quart jars, we can use the pressure canner again and can something new.
