This week I entered the wonderful world of pressure canning. Luckily, I have good friends who answer all my questions. I even have one friend who came over to my house and showed me what to do. I am not afraid of the pressure canner anymore, and it only sat unopened in its box for one year. I now have 12 jars of chicken in my food storage. Next...ground beef!
